Ambiance respect des autres. Déco atypique agréable. Et dans l'assiette superbe.
A peine peut-on souligner des détails mineurs (le jus de coquillages pourrait être un peu plus corsé, et le jus accompagnant le confit d’agneau pourrait être en quantité plus généreuse), mais c’est sans doute le meilleur repas qu’il nous a été donné de déguster ici. Cadre toujours aussi agréable et service absolument parfait grâce à l’implication sans faille de toute l’équipe, comme toujours !
