Tartare de maigre au gingembre avec crémeux de petits pois : un délice !
L'osso bucco ensuite était généreux (pommes grenailles et carottes en accompagnement) et bien assaisonné.
Le dessert était réussi : valeur sûre, le fondant au chocolat ! Il est très moelleux, bien beurré et savoureux, un pur bonheur. Merci pour ce bon moment, continuez !
