An address offering brilliantly prepared cuisine at reasonable prices.
A discreet façade revealing tasty cuisine, very reasonable prices and a glimpse of the famous Odorico mosaics: welcome to Le Globe! The place's bare, industrial setting conceals a finesse on the plate that sharpens our senses and plays with flavors. Wild boar terrine, pollack and stewed Paimpol cocos with chorizo, chocolate quenelles... We're surprised and discover nuances with every bite. This is hardly surprising, given that the chef, Aymeric Kräml, trained with some of the greats: Paul Bocuse, Alain Ducasse, Jean-François Piège, Jean Bardet... you can see it and taste it. Everything is reinvented and brilliantly executed. An excellent restaurant!
