LES TROIS GOULOTS
Restaurant with terrace offering simple cuisine, burgers, fish a la plancha and meats.
The pure-strain Rennais remember this building which used to serve as a taxi station. He has changed well since then that he is now a restaurant with a small terrace consisting of round and red tables on the side. The wooden building belongs to old Rennes and is part of the architecture of the old town. The interior is picked up with small tables, the counter and a basement room, but the atmosphere is insanely friendly. This bistro in the air of time offers simple but well-made cuisine with dishes like ceviches, tatakis, burgers, fish at plancha or a good beef coast. Nature wines are kings and the drinks map makes it a perfect place for a party of friends. On the day of our visit, the chicken ceviche was in honor like the veal ris with a cherry sauce and the mulch filet with a mashed potatoes and a vegetable wok. The whole thing is well done and gets thinly lightened.
