This resto-guinguette in the Parc des Gayeulles is worth a visit for its pleasantly cheeky intergenerational staff, who contrast with the bucolic setting and pond-side terrace. You can drink a Lancelot, a very good Viognier or a homemade lemonade, to accompany tapas, vegetarian dishes or aperitif platters. For dessert, try a Breizh chocolate fondant, organic fromage blanc or gâteau du jour. The place often hosts concerts, shuffleboard tournaments... and can be privatized on evenings and weekends! Limited opening hours in low season.

Cuisine maison, service décontracté mais rapide et arrangeant, par exemple ce midi c'était cabillaud avec de l'andouille ou tarte tomate et fromages italiens.
Seul bémol, pas eu de formule, ce qui fait quand même 14,80€ plat dessert café. Mais c'est bon. Mention spéciale pour la déco des wc ;)

Quand il fait beau cette parenthèse au bord de l’eau est véritablement désaltérante.
On y mange bien pour pas trop cher.
Les événements culturels sont aussi super sympa. Il s’y passe toujours plein de chose, j’y suis même venue me faire couper les cheveux par un coiffeur rennais qui propose de temps des coupes hors les murs.
