An authentic and cheap cuisine in a vintage restaurant in Rennes.

In this alleyway in Vieux Rennes, this little eatery smacks of vintage. You won't find any pale copies here, everything is authentic, from the front page of l'Éclair dated 1960 to the enamelled plates. And this authenticity can also be found on the plate. Every day, new, fresh proposals punctuate the short menu: semi-cooked tuna with peanut cauliflower mousseline; asparagus with hollandaise sauce (when in season, of course!); hake cooked at low temperature; or soft chocolate cookie with hazelnut ice cream... accompanied by a local beer! The Moreau brothers combine good food and a little money with talent and good humor.

Un restaurant qui mérite vraiment d'être connu. L'expérience gustative était exceptionnelle et le cadre n'est pas pompeux. Les produits sont frais. Les associations sont parfaites. Très bien conseillé pour le choix du vin également. J'adore la déco aussi☺. Je reviendrai rapidement.
