Address offering a varied market cuisine with fresh products, fish and meat.
Located in the beautiful rue du Chapitre, the Tire-Bouchon opens onto a rustic interior built around a large counter from the beginning of the 20th century. Here, you can only taste fresh products from the market. The menu evolves every day according to the creativity of the chef. We enjoyed a beautiful sea bream served with smoked eggplant caviar, wasabi roasted sesame and fresh beans. You can also choose a homemade toast or plates of Breton charcuterie or farmhouse cheeses. And don't forget the comforting homemade dessert, such as rice pudding or paris-brest. And with a small Malbec wine for example, because the Tire-Bouchon is above all a wine bar!
