Friendly bistro offering traditional cuisine with local products from short circuits, brunch on Sunday.
After L'Échappée and La Piste, La Cavale is the last stop! In this yellow building with green shutters and exposed pipes, Chloé and Jean-Louis (also parents of Le Hibou and Le Saint-Germain) have created a friendly bistro that's quickly caught on. In a vintage-industrial ambience, you can enjoy cuisine that blends French tradition with small drinks such as the r'hibou cocktail (Suze-mezcal and orange syrup, in tribute to their faithful friend Hibou). We've fallen for the lamb shoulder confit with bean and mint salad, or the roasted sweet potato. Short circuits and local products are perfectly mastered. Stand-up, drag or nostalgia parties: one evening follows another.
