Refined seasonal cuisine in a gastronomic brasserie near Rennes train station.

Just a stone's throw from the station, this gourmet brasserie is reminiscent of the fine Parisian brasseries. This Rennes institution (founded in 1965) has an excellent mastery of the great classics. You'll be greeted by attentive waiters, a thoughtful maître d'hôtel and even a valet parking service. Seafood and fish are part of the restaurant's DNA. We recommend the sweetbread heart, crispy medallions, pan-fried vegetables and wild mushrooms with cider, or the sole, meunière with fresh lemon and truffle mashed potatoes. And if you dream of lunching opposite Laetitia Casta, Emma de Caunes or Carole Bouquet, you'll have the illusion of it.

Nous avons été dîner deux fois dans ce restaurant avec notre fils de 7 ans. L'accueil y est irréprochable et le personnel chaleureux. Je mets un énorme plus car le personnel a été au petit soin pour notre fils ce qui est loin d'être le cas dans tous les restaurants. Nous avons très bien dîné à chaque fois. Les profiteroles au chocolat sont à tomber par terre. Nous y retournerons sans problème lors d'un prochain passage à Rennes.
