The menu features a wide range of biodynamic, classic and organic wines. Chef Barbier's dishes reflect the image of the place, warm and contemporary: red tuna a la plancha, hollandaise sauce and black garlic with green asparagus, Azélia chocolate mousse, carrot-ginger coulis, cocoa-buckwheat shortbread.
