In the heart of the city, but slightly hidden from view, Racines, the Michelin-starred restaurant run by chef Virginie Giboire, welcomes you to a singular world of raw materials, wood and concrete in a refined decor. Carpets create a warm, resolutely modern space. As you enter, the beautiful cellar gives you pause for thought. The cellar reveals a menu of artisanal, sustainable winegrowers. The open kitchen reveals the meticulous attention to detail. Then comes a sublime Saint-Pierre, with artichokes, cockles and capers, followed by a striking baba soaked in gin, poached rhubarb and elderflower ganache. A wonderful surprise. From appetizer to dessert, the flavors are sure to stir the emotions.

Le personnel est avenant et à l'écoute.
J'ajouterais une très belle carte des vins avec de grands flacons (Yquem, Dom Perignon, etc...) avec budget conséquent,
mais aussi Jasnière et Fronton pour des bourses moins garnies, ainsi que des "vins de vignerons" au verre, très accessible. Bravo ????
