On the menu that day: onion stuffed with braised beef cheek, celery and black truffle, scallops and Neuvic caviar, pineapple ravioli with exotic fruits, not forgetting piña colada ice cream. The cuisine revisits the tastes of the West, thanks to the inspiration of the talented chef, who has created her own kitchen garden. A delicious interlude well worth the detour.
