Chef Vincent Guillemot works with fresh produce, favoring short circuits: roast pork belly, carrot cream with cumin and market beans. Good French cuisine and classic recipes revisited. Let yourself be tempted by the roast meat of the day, the house specialty. But you'll also find good fish and vegetarian dishes like polenta fries with candied vegetables and wild garlic.
