There's no mistaking the mastery of cooking and the art of reduction here! Chef Vincent Guillemot works with fresh produce, favoring short circuits: roast pork belly, carrot cream with cumin and market beans. Good French cuisine and classic recipes revisited. Let yourself be tempted by the roast meat of the day, the house specialty. But you'll also find good fish and vegetarian dishes like polenta fries with candied vegetables and wild garlic. What we also like is the conviviality of the place, accentuated by the open kitchen, the large tables and the good wine selected by Sophie!

Open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12pm to 2pm; Thursdays to Saturdays from 12pm to 2pm and from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Menu: approx. €30. Set lunch menu: €21 (starter + main course + dessert + (€2 cheese)).

L'accueil, le service, la cuisine, le goût, les déserts, la carte qui changent en fonction de la saison en font une valeur sûre pour un repas.
PS : il y a toujours une option végétarienne à la carte, c'est d'ailleurs pour cette raison qu'on a continué d'y aller ayant changé notre régime alimentaire entre temps !
