Coquille is first and foremost an attractive, relaxed bistronomic address, featuring generous cuisine based on seasonal produce. The dishes are veritable tableaux, designed by Arnaud Guilloux. On the menu: duck-stuffed cabbage, cabbage and apple embeurré, or homemade gnocchi, butternut and Swiss chard, smoked ricotta for the VG version. A culinary savoir-faire that combines flavors as surprising as they are effective. The wines, all organically grown, sublimate the beautiful slate, which is constantly reinvented to respect the natural cycles of the products. The store is expanding, with a new address in Cesson and a catering service.
