Various vegetarian specialities and dishes in a restaurant at the bottom of Place de Lices.

Coquille is first and foremost an attractive, relaxed bistronomic address, featuring generous cuisine based on seasonal produce. The dishes are veritable tableaux, designed by Arnaud Guilloux. On the menu: duck-stuffed cabbage, cabbage and apple embeurré, or homemade gnocchi, butternut and Swiss chard, smoked ricotta for the VG version. A culinary savoir-faire that combines flavors as surprising as they are effective. The wines, all organically grown, sublimate the beautiful slate, which is constantly reinvented to respect the natural cycles of the products. The store is expanding, with a new address in Cesson and a catering service.

après plusieurs expériences à Coquille nous avons cette fois été déçu. Poulpe très difficile à mastiquer et ormeaux idem.

Belle découverte, avec des plats délicieux et une belle proposition de vin ! Je recommande ! (Petit rush du samedi soir qui entraîne quelques lenteurs et petits « hic » dans le service mais qui n’ont pas gâché mon plaisir)

Tres bon accueil, très bonne cuisine, les prix un peu chère par rapport à la quantité proposé dans les assiettes pour le plat principal, mais la qualité et la présentation sont au rendez-vous. Je reviendrais sans hésiter.

Sans fausse note…
Nous étions de passage à renne, nous avons passé un moment super agréable bravo au chef. Il m’ont réconcilié avec le pâté en croûte, une équipe dynamique qui est devenue rare de nos jours.
