Let yourself be guided by the menu, which changes weekly with suggestions from the market. There's also an extensive list of traditional Breton beers (Bavette, Torr Penn, Baril...). Menus that you'll want to bite into even before your plate arrives: buckwheat, ribot milk sorbet and milk jam; cucumber, smoked mackerel and citron; or tomato, tofu, fava bean and XO sauce.
