Le bas des Lices has a good reputation in the restaurant world. Stop off at Franquette! The restaurant is a real invitation to eat, drink and share in good spirits. The cocktail and mocktail menu is based on fruity flavors, while the plates revive Franche-Comté dishes with creativity and delicacy, like this squash cake with herb cream or this melt-in-the-mouth, tangy cod with cauliflower and clementine. The desserts, too, follow the seasons and rival each other in gourmandise. The pineapple, coconut and rum pavlova is a real treat. The banquettes are comfortable and the decor plays the fresh card with cocooning vintage motifs.
