Nestled in one of Rennes' oldest streets, Estime has become one of the Rennes capital's top bistronomic addresses. Behind this name lie a brother and sister: Estelle and Maxime. The combination of their skills and their first names creates these culinary discoveries. With an excellent quality/price ratio, low-temperature cooking and technically sophisticated sauces offer a creative culinary journey. In the evenings, the more gastronomic venue offers fine discoveries such as its roasted sea bream with seasonal garnish. A very fine address.
