COPE
Concept combining a restaurant and a tearoom, offering tasty bistro-style cuisine based on fresh local produce for lunch and dinner
Cope has taken up residence in the walls of the former Bercail restaurant and offers lunch and dinner of tasty bistronomic cuisine based on fresh, local produce. Behind the stoves are two former chefs from the Michelin-starred Ima restaurant, Clément and David, accompanied by Agathe in charge of service. The three partners have come up with a concept that's part restaurant, part tea room. Here, you can both sample the inspired cuisine of the chefs and sit down during the day to enjoy one of the four plated desserts. On the sunny terrace, you can savor a risotto with fennel and nori herbs, accompanied by cod, followed by a strawberry-rhubarb soup with a surprising waffle. A real delight!
