Address with terrace offering local cuisine, poultry, fish and vegetables, quality dishes
L'Ambassade promotes local cuisine. Here, poultry comes from Janzé, fish from Saint-Quay-Portrieux & Roscoff and vegetables from Bréal-sous-Montfort. In terms of cuisine, we opt for friendly, colorful dishes, matched with organic wines (with over 150 references housed in the cellar). A la carte: tomato tartlet marinated in sherry, eggplant caviar with pesto, marinated feta, pork loin cromesquis, arugula emulsion and grilled zucchini. The restaurant boasts a small patio at the back, with absolutely delightful stone walls and a few relics of the Parliament saved from the 1994 fire. A unique place which, victim of its own success, is often fully booked.
