Ebulli'Sens has been cooking up a storm in the station district for over 10 years. We no longer need to introduce Alan and Gwen, true epicureans who create a real picture on the plate before satisfying our taste buds. The menu is full of joy, color and aesthetics. From the first bite, our taste buds are on fire. This master restaurateur follows seasonality to offer dishes bursting with delicately spiced flavors: salmon tartar with saffron, two-cooked coquelet, pear financier and garam masala on the menu on the day of our visit. We also appreciate the restaurant's catered dishes for the festive season, and the terrace under the cherry blossom trees in fine weather.
