In a very old 16th century house, you will be quiet and ideally situated to explore the city of Rennes on foot. For parking, the Les Lices car park is next door. On site, the apartment is a duplex with an equipped kitchen, living room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. In this Breton cocoon, the decoration is modern and all the equipment, sanitary and kitchen are new. You will be like roosters in paste at the bottom of a courtyard, tranquility will rock your nights while you are close to bars and restaurants.
