An ultra-modern residence, located several meters from the new Mabilais metro station, with a sun terrace

Located 400 meters from the new "Mabilais" metro station and only a few minutes from the city center and the towpaths, this ultra-modern residence is suitable for students as well as young professionals or workers passing through for a month or more in the Breton capital. It has studios (21 to 41m2) as well as contemporary and very well-equipped 2-room apartments (40 to 56m2) and 3-room apartments (61m2). In terms of services, the residence offers a gym, a laundry service, a cleaning service (at an additional cost) and equipment loans. Special mention for the solarium terrace and the coworking space! A janitor is present on the site 5 days a week. A real good plan.

Je recommande fortement la résidence. Nous avons loué un t2 pour plus d'un an et tous était parfait 5/5. En plus l'administration (Stéphanie et Jonathan) sont très professionnels et serviables.
Ps: la sécurité est au top aussi.

Superbe résidence avec des studios magnifiques. De plus, la responsable (Stéphanie) et le gardien (Jonathan) sont très professionnels et très serviables, et sont toujours disponibles pour aider leurs locataires. Je recommande fortement cette résidence.
