Very good value hotel in the city centre of Rennes.
With Maréchal Joffre, you have a one-star hotel that is clean, family and cordial. Laid out on four floors, the rooms are simple but with impeccable cleanliness, and - a considerable plus, considering Rue Maréchal Joffre is busy and is a main road taken by many buses - soundproofed thanks to a salutary double-glazed window. The bedding is of good quality, the decoration simple and classic. Renovations should soon take place without fixed date. We like its very attractive prices because this hotel belongs to the inexpensive addresses where you can settle without fearing bad surprise. Its position is central because this hotel is located beside the charming Rue Vasselot with its bars and restaurants. As for those which have one of the rooms opening onto the back of Rue Maréchal Joffre, they will have a chance to have a view of a courtyard and a passage little known among Rennes residents, connecting Rue du Pré Botté to Rue Vasselot. Economical!
