A notre arrivée, un bon accueil du réceptionniste. L'ascenseur était en panne (bonjour l'accessibilité). D'énormes sacs de linge sale trainaient dans le lobby. A notre étage, idem avec en prime les chariots destinés au ménage. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous descendons dans des hôtels Mercure mais celui de Place de Bretagne désigné 4 étoiles alors non il faut passer son chemin.

Tout était parfait ! La chambre nous a été remise dès 14h avec un accueil chaleureux. La chambre était irréprochable, très propre, épurée, lumineuse et bien équipée. Elle comportait une douche à l'italienne très pratique et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était royal, du sucré au salé nous avons tout adoré. L'emplacement est parfait, très proche du centre mais isolé de toutes nuisances sonores. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel chaleureux !
