Hotel with renovated rooms, ideal for family holidays in Rennes.

Kyriad, it is a countryside around the city. Ideally located near the beltway, and the major roads, the hotel features appearances of a large pavilion nestled in a green area. Quiet, with easy circulation within the town and the department. The hotel has 58 rooms, recently renovated. White walls and ornaments, furnitures in dark pine, simple, modern and bright. Spacious, making it an ideal stopover for families. As for facilities, no comment, all have flat-screen tvs, with satellite, Canal+, on-demand movies (charged) and hairdryer in the bathroom. Excellent service for this range of price, with unbeatable discounts. Further more, Kyriad has its own restaurant,Le Délice,  with lunch and dinner services. The chef provides a traditional cuisine using regional products. The menu changes seasonally, but the duck fillet with red juniper and fruit or the cod with saffron sauce are listed among the homemade classicss. The menu also has a special dietary recipes list. All at low-prices, weekly lunch menus, from 12 € (entries, main course, desserts). Modern setting, fast service, Le Délice is popular for businessmen, due to regular seminars organised in the hotel. An excellent site for a tranquil stay at the gates of Rennes.

Le Kriad hôtel est situé dans un quartier relativement calme de Rennes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre est correcte et simple. Quant au petit déjeuner il est assez bon!

Frankly no critics to do: renovated hotel with nine therefore rooms are clean, spacious. Very pleasant also the small " goûter" welcome in the room (coffee, tea, cakes and a small kettle to heat the water). The buffet breakfast is varied and for all tastes.
The restaurant " Le Délice " is very well, and on site not need a car to reach the city. Small private car park no regard for payment ticket machine.
The staff is very welcoming and ready to help. Frankly I recommend it!

Super price quality for a hotel for more than reasonable, especially while enjoying promotional offers especially while holding has the advance. Large and comfortable rooms, very well equipped. breakfast and hearty (self-service). We go back regularly.
