Nous avons acheté une paire de bottes cavaliere à ma fille de 8 ans marque le pépé a 235 euros et elle n'a pu les mettre que 3 fois, lors de l'essayage la vendeuse a dit à mon mari je connais mon métier elles finiront par s'assouplir, seulement camille devait vraiment avoir trop de mal à les mettre et le contrefort d'un pied a cassé, concernant l'autre son pied ne rentre même plus, je me suis alors présenté hier 11 janvier dans la boutique avec ma fille et ses bottes mais là nous sommes tombés sur une hystérique de propriétaire qui ma insulté devant ma fille qui pleurait, elle lui a prit le bras violemment et la sortie sur le trottoir et a fait de même avec moi alors que je souffre d'une rizarthrose du poignet et elle m'a fait trés mal; elle ne veut rien entendre sur le problème des bottes de ma fille, ne veut rien savoir et encore moins rembourser, peux t on trouver normal de tels agissement?
