Bluebird coffee takes us somewhere between California and Australia. The 4-meter-high ceilings are filled with a myriad of rattan hangers. With its small wooden table, pedestal table and pastel banquette, it's a great place to start the day with an avocado bagel! Lunch is followed by a chicken roll, a brioche bun with roast chicken, satay coconut, carrots, red cabbage, peanuts and coriander, a bento or a fresh bowl in fine weather. Snacks are generous, like this delicious gluten-free, buckwheat flour, chocolate/caramel cookie. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosmopolitan.

Un endroit vraiment très sympa
Café très agréable situé entre la gare et le centre-ville de Rennes. Le lieu est très cosy, la déco est sympa, l'ambiance est décontractée et le personnel est très aimable. Le choix est assez varié, aussi bien côté sucré que côté salé et la carte de boissons est très complète. Nous sommes venues pour un petit déjeuner et sommes revenues pour tester la formule brunch (deux formules proposées), tout était vraiment très bon. Les boissons à base de café sont également délicieuses. Les prix restent très abordables compte tenu de la qualité et des quantités. Un endroit à tester si vous êtes de passage à Rennes.

Toujours sympa de pouvoir échanger deux mots en anglais quand on est étranger. Ce lieu « good mood » fait du bien ! Et on y mange de bons burgers et donuts ????
