UN BON MOMENT
A half-timbered house on the iconic Place du Champ Jaquet, a stone porch, two big hessian bags of coffee... The tone is set for this new coffee shop full of charm. Un Bon Moment is Guirec's den. After five years at the hotel school in Dinard and a BTS in his pocket, he trained as a barista in Aix-en-Provence and opened his coffee shop a couple of months later. The small, long room has retained the cachet of the past, with ochre-coloured ceiling beams, mouldings and period fireplaces. The most imposing of these has been transformed into a cosy corner where you can enjoy a delicious flat-white to the sound of a well-chosen country-folk playlist, which will delight latte-art lovers. As for the products, Cafés Félix (Pacé) and Lindfield teas (Dinard) are served in the pretty ceramic cups of Aude Clabé (Nouvoitou). Every morning, Guirec bakes delicious pastries at low prices: cookies, buckwheat and hazelnut financiers, muffins... At lunchtime, soup, club sandwiches and gourmet desserts are the order of the day. We also appreciate the early morning opening. In short, everything is gathered to have a good time!
