A breeze from Asia blows across the rue Baudrairie, in the heart of Rennes. It's here that this Japanese café with an innovative concept has taken root: a matcha bar to discover or rediscover this green tea powder in all its forms. The team redoubles its ingenuity to help diners appreciate this Japanese specialty, served as a drink with fruit or as a pastry. The chocolate fondant with matcha ganache is a delight. Lunch is also available with formulas including bentos or Japanese sandwiches. That lunchtime, we had a sando crispy with cauliflower, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, sweet peppers, coriander and soy chili sauce. We'll definitely be back!
