LE THÉ AU FOURNEAU
Set back from the hustle and bustle of the city, the establishment offers a break in an exceptional setting. Nestled behind the Mordelaise gates, the last vestige of the town's medieval walls, Catherine and Pascale, two cousins, have been running Thé au Fourneau since 1987. It's a charming address, with its cake moulds on the walls and colorful lanterns. You'll enjoy refined teas like the Promenade des Anglais (black tea with apple, plum and almond) and mouth-watering home-made English-inspired pastries: scones, cheesecakes, carrot cake... but also crumble or apple charlotte. You can also enjoy lunch here. On the menu: savoury tarts, salads and tartines.

Je recommande, nous avons été servis plutôt rapidement et il faut dire que l'endroit était plein à notre arrivée ! L'accueil était aimable et sympathique, j'y retournerai certainement la prochaine fois que je suis sur Rennes !
