Every summer, as the city calms down, the streets empty out and the seagulls make themselves heard, the beach spirit settles in on deckchairs in Place de la Mairie, in parks and in the neighborhoods of Rennes. It's a great place to be, and moments of idleness can be enjoyed in many different ways. This lovely initiative gives Rennais a summery face and an indolent holiday look.
