Located in a corner of the historic center, the Atelier Noir is a workshop that comes out of the lot. In a nineteenth century building, Danielle welcomes you under the molded ceilings, in diffuse light from the historic streets and the sound of the cracks of the oak parquet flooring. The walls are covered with works by the different students, inspired artists or paintings that it has made. In a foil of utensils, silver photos or other twists, we are inspired by the smell of fresh paint that floats in the air. This open space site is a reminder of the workshops of romantic painters. The difference between this workshop and traditional courses in other institutions is the desire to accompany the student towards his artistic achievement. Danielle makes a point of limiting his courses to 8 students to perform individualized follow-up and tailored to the profile of each. It also promotes exchanges between students of all ages and levels to promote learning and find its preferred practice. So in the Black Dog workshop, no ready formula, you can test everything to find your paw, the tool and support that will suit you best, at the frequency that matches you. An atypical place to bloom the artist in you!
