The Rennes Garrison Sports Club is now over forty-five years old and is open to all: children, young people or adults. It offers many sports and even leisure activities. However, its celebrity is due to the practice of escrime in all its forms: modern or old (medieval, Renaissance, nineteenth…). As of five years, the courses are open even though the old age is 16 years old. This fencing is very spectacular in terms of weapons art. In the sword alone or with two weapons (sword and dice), it offers, for the one who practices it, a multitude of «attack and defense» combinations, displacement and evolution. For modern fencing, the weapons room is equipped with 17 electric tracks. This club still offers many activities for novice or confirmed beginners. To enjoy a beautiful discipline in a friendly way, it is a good address. In addition, you will discover a sport based on self-control, reflexes and fair play. This association also includes other activities such as aquabike, aquagym, athletics, badminton, golf, swimming, sea fishing, diving, self defense, tennis, sports shooting, triathlon, tai chi chuan, modern pentathlon, genealogy, binding, scrapbooking, online dance…
