Sylvain Bessierre is a caterer who organizes your receptions for every occasion. Weddings, baptisms, anniversaries, seminars or cocktails are the specialities. With a professional team and even a catering service allied to a cottage, you can organise a beautiful event. This caterer offers both plates and a menu that you can compose yourself from their specialities: almost a calf in the forest, candied pig cheeks, duck thigh stuffed with ceps, buds of zucchini or fine ratatouille… The choice that should allow you to compose a menu according to your tastes and budget. Sylvain Bessierre was awarded the Grand Prix of Honour with Gold Medal in March 2006 for his black boudin bowl to the flavour of the orchard.

Professionnel et honnête
Nous avons choisi monsieur Bessierre comme traiteur pour notre vin d'honneur et repas de mariage. C'était parfait, il a été à notre écoute du début jusqu'à la fin. Très honnête et franc, il a pris le temps de nous écouter et de nous conseiller dans le choix des plats. Pendant la soirée de mariage, monsieur Bessierre et ses serveuses sont restés attentifs et disponibles et ont su assurer un service impeccable. Le repas était très bon. Je recommande à 100%.
