Her oak oyster bar offers a new way to enjoy oysters: with magnolia vinegar and soy milk foam, barbecued with chilli and whisky, or with red onion pickles. She also offers spreads based on seaweed or vegetables, like this delicious Paimpol coconut hummus, fresh herb pesto and edible flowers. We also like the suggestions for visits with oyster farmers and tastings. A top-flight taste experience!
