For 40 years, this association of Law 1901 offers numerous studies, acts and brings together institutions of public law that intervene in the reindeer-herding agglomeration, its country and its area of influence. They are Rennes Métropole and its municipalities, the State, the Brittany Region, the Department of Ille-et-Vilaine, the Country of Rennes, the Communal structures, including communities of municipalities in the country of Rennes, the community of romantic Brittany, as well as the two rennaises universities. Its missions? It aims to develop the territory, ensure sustainable mobility, monitor urban projects and habitat: a broad program… Its documentation centre makes the studies carried out by mission managers accessible in the following areas: urban planning, environment, housing, mobility, habitat, economy, society, demography and equipment.
