4 Bis is a reception and resource center for young people, helping them with all their needs throughout the year. The documentation center is packed with information on a wide range of subjects (careers, housing, culture, transport, daily life, health...). It's also a place for listening, with regular drop-in sessions to answer questions. Le 4 Bis also organizes events such as job fairs, the Tam-Tam festival (late September) and the Quartiers d'Eté summer festival. The website allows you to keep abreast of news concerning young people (changes in housing subsidies, etc.), as well as to find a leisure activity in the Metropole.
