The association of executives and young graduates for employment followed 177 members in 2015. This association enabled 72% of the people followed to find a job with an average job search duration of 5 months. ASCAPE is also 23 volunteer counselors, 300 days of animation per year and 450 individual interviews. Its actions are varied: helping executives looking for work to find a new job, facilitating the professional integration of young graduates, animating networks (former members, partner companies, sponsors) and preparing young university graduates to enter the job market. They use different methods such as ERM, ARE, individual interviews, audiovisual workshops, simulations and training. In addition, they have an interesting success rate in terms of re-employment. An approach to find or regain a job, because it can bring us many solutions.
