The network of local missions in the Rennes area is responsible for the social and professional integration of young people aged 16 to 25 who have left the school system. It offers a personalized, local service at no fewer than 57 locations across the region, providing practical support to help young people find training (apprenticeship contracts, funding, etc.), employment (writing CVs and cover letters, preparing for interviews, etc.), housing (support with administrative formalities) and health (awareness workshops, psychological support). We Ker is also aimed at employers, enabling them, for example, to post job offers or sponsor a young person.
