The modern building that makes up the international city Paul Ricoeur is a residence for young researchers. It also houses the headquarters of the Bretagne-Loire University (UBL), as well as the International Mobility Centre. This remarkable design building has a cafeteria and three sports rooms. The tower is 30 metres high and has many balconies: it serves young researchers and doctoral students staying in Rennes.
