Aucun professionnalisme!!!
La commerciale sait vous mettre en confiance mais une fois le contrat signé, plus aucunes nouvelles malgré nos appels.
Arrivé avec 45mn de retard, sans explications ni excuses.
Pas d'outils pour le démontage des meubles malgré la prestation au contrat.J'ai du leurs fournir les miens.
Presque 3h de pose repas le midi malgré mes appels.
Mauvaise organisation du début à la fin.
Beaucoup de meubles abîmés et appel de renfort de leur part pour finir à 22h30.
Hiérarchie absente du début à la fin et vous incendie de bêtises par mail car tout est de notre faute, que l'on est des menteurs et ne veulent rien entendre.
Tout cela à fini au tribunal qui nous a donné gain de cause.
CONCLUSION: NUL, NUL ET NUL!!!!
