Financed by the CCAS, the social restaurant Leperdit, also known as Le Fourneau, fights against exclusion and precariousness in Rennes. On site, meals such as breakfasts and lunches are offered for a symbolic €1 to adults with an income below the disabled adult allowance. This structure for supporting "wandering" audiences is managed on a daily basis by educational animators, who make it a friendly place to welcome people in difficulty. The educational animators also offer a social counselling service to help the most deprived people to reintegrate and so that this restaurant is not just a place of assistance.
