LE BON ACCUEIL
It is a place dedicated to sound arts or Sound Art, which exhibits and receives artists whose production uses sound or whose reflection is associated with it. And it falls well because it is located in a small haven of peace where nothing comes to pollute your hearing. Slightly away from the center, on the banks of the Saint Martin Canal, the Bon Accueil enjoys a bucolic position and a countryside atmosphere just 15/20 minutes walk from Sainte-Anne Square. Atypical place, it is alone in the middle of a quiet environment and flows from quiet days.
It is a hybrid place which offers exhibitions, a bookstore, a bar with terrace beside the water, impromptu and varied events (vacuum dressing, Christmas markets, glazing, animations…).
The exhibitions aim to promote a sound sound art and expose artists with little visibility in France, whether local or international. A dense and exciting programming of projects, with a cultural mediation offer around the sound arts, assembly software or sonorities produced by electric motors… At the Bon Accueil, it is also good to take advantage of the numerous exhibitions such as «Other side, break», «Shimmering sounds», «Audio Mimesis» or still strong times like «sonorines», or the welcome of artists such as the Ecoldar group, or Mael Le Golvan.
