The Phakt is named after the star Alpha Columbae, the brightest star in the constellation of the Colombe. It is therefore natural that this is a cultural center located in Colombier. It is an associative cultural equipment with the city of Rennes around artistic, cultural and educational missions, serving people and audiences.
