Founded in 1794, the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes boasts a fine permanent collection accessible to all. The museum boasts masterpieces such as Georges de La Tour's The Newborn, Rubens' The Tiger Hunt , Caillebotte's Perissoires and Picasso's La Baigneuse à Dinard.
