Chez Fanch is a well-known address for the people of Rennes, who have become accustomed to tasting boards at the former cheese bar. Now, just a few meters away on Place Saint-Sauveur, the Petit Marché has been reinvented. Of course, you'll find good cheeses here, but also charcuterie, spreads, organic fruit and vegetables, wine, beer and even bread. If you can't have an aperitif on the premises, you can order well-stocked boxes from the boutique. It's a great way of concocting a famous meal with good produce.
