In a green space next to the Rennes stadium, Mickaël has set up on an acre of fallow land to take up a challenge! Protecting ecosystems. As opposed to monoculture, permaculture combines wild plants with traditional know-how to achieve higher yields. Discover the edible plant walks, the "cuttings" and "make your own seeds" courses to learn to live again with what surrounds us and sustains us. Every Wednesday, you can look forward to baskets of vegetables, wild plants and even creations like hawthorn jam at the Marché du Mail. A great way to re-educate your taste buds and fill up on vitamins!
