Open for 3 years and located on a pretty, quiet square, this is a good address. The crêpes are made with whole milk, wheat flour and organic, local eggs. It's a religion here that almost all the products (charcuterie, vegetables, jams, smoked salmon, apples, cheeses, cider...) are organic and local. The creative recipes for buckwheat pancakes are a tribute to local gastronomy, as is the Bretonne with its homemade sausage, Entrammes tomme, onion confit and old-fashioned mustard.
